“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” – Rumi
This brief call is a chance for us to connect, discuss your needs, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. It’s a no-pressure, warm introduction to start exploring your path to healing.
In our first full session, we’ll dive deeper into your story, explore your goals for therapy, and gather essential background information to create a personalized plan for your journey.
Each session is a safe, supportive space where we focus on your needs, working together to navigate challenges, develop insights, and build tools for lasting growth and well-being.
We’ll use a structured, evidence-based approach to gently process and reframe distressing memories, helping you find relief from past trauma and create space for emotional healing.
Combining movement and therapy, these sessions take place outdoors, offering a refreshing and grounded way to process thoughts, reduce stress, and connect mind and body in a natural setting.
The intake assessment serves as the starting point for your healing journey. During this session, we take the time to listen to your story, understanding your background and present challenges. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that is personalized to your needs, ensuring that your care is compassionate, supportive, and effective.
In individual talk therapy, we work together to navigate the unique challenges in your life. Using an integrative approach, we focus on your personal goals, providing guidance and tools to support your growth. You will be met with empathy and care as you move toward healing at your own pace.
EMDR therapy is a structured, evidence-based technique that uses rhythmic, bilateral stimulation to help you process trauma and distressing memories. It empowers you to transform these difficult experiences, helping you regain control over your emotional well-being and restore balance to your life.
Walk and talk therapy blends the calming effects of nature with the therapeutic process. In this relaxed, open-air setting, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, allowing movement and the environment to enhance reflection and healing. This approach is designed to nurture insight and promote emotional release as we address your concerns together.
