Beyond Therapy

Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new places. Being in nature and soaking up the sun brings me joy, and I often go camping with my family. While I enjoy mountain camping, nothing beats camping near the ocean—it’s my favorite!

When I’m not outdoors, you’ll likely find me immersed in true crime podcasts or documentaries. I also have a slight obsession with cookbooks, especially vegan and vegetarian ones. Experimenting in the kitchen and discovering delicious new meals is something I truly enjoy.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, and my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen when we explore your experiences with curiosity and care. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths that shape your story.

I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions—whether you’re navigating your future, defining educational or career goals, or exploring your aspirations. I understand how overwhelming these moments can be, especially for those facing additional barriers.

My experience includes working with first-generation college students, individuals from under-resourced communities, and those balancing work and school. It has been my privilege to support people in pursuing their goals and creating new opportunities. I have also worked alongside individuals in foster care, Veterans and their dependents, incarcerated or formerly incarcerated youth and adults, and those affected by addiction, whether personally or within their families.

I’m passionate about helping you gain clarity, manage life’s challenges, and set meaningful goals. Whether you’re facing a major transition, coping with stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
