“I’m not what happened to me, I am what I chose to become.” – Carl Jung
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m someone who deeply values connection, curiosity, and meaningful experiences. I love taking long walks around my neighborhood, usually with a podcast or one of my favorite playlists keeping me company.
Travel is another passion of mine—I’m endlessly curious about the world and love exploring new cultures, local history, landscapes, and the native wildlife that make each place unique. On quieter days, you’ll often find me cozied up with my dogs and a good self-help book or getting lost in a true-crime series.
More than anything, I cherish time with my family, friends, and my two senior fur babies, Pinot and Geo. They’re constant reminders of comfort, joy, and the simple moments that make life full.
Hi there, and welcome. I’m Judith (Judy), and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support isn’t easy, and I want to genuinely acknowledge the courage it takes to even land on this page. You deserve care, clarity, and relief—and you’re taking an important step toward that.
My own journey with mental health has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I know what it’s like to feel the heavy weight of anxiety and to wonder if things will ever feel lighter. Therapy helped me understand what I was experiencing and gave me tools that supported me through some incredibly difficult chapters—and it’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others on their healing path.
Many of the people I work with come in feeling stretched thin—navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or the exhaustion that comes from always being “the strong one.” They’ve been holding so much for so long and are finally ready for life to feel a little lighter. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and gentle. We move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and tap into your natural resilience.
Maybe you’re feeling burned out, overwhelmed by relationship stress, healing from past trauma, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and are just now realizing how much you need support too. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to hold it alone anymore.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based and holistic approaches so we can tailor therapy to your goals, your strengths, and your lived experience. Whether you’re ready to do deeper trauma work or simply need a safe place to process what’s going on, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
If you’re curious about what working together might look like, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. When you’re ready, reach out—let’s explore how therapy can support you.
