Something led you here. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or simply sensing that something no longer fits. Wherever you find yourself, we’ll begin there.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and explore what feels most aligned with your values and the life that feels right for you.
I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, young adults, and anyone exploring questions of identity, relationships, and belonging. I also have a special interest in supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, parenting, and the evolving experience of motherhood at every stage.
Outside of my work as a therapist, you'll often find me reading, writing, listening to podcasts, dancing, traveling, or exploring beautiful natural places (and yes, genuinely stopping to smell the flowers!). I love sharing good food, laughter, and meaningful conversations with friends and family, both biological and chosen. I'm endlessly curious about people, new perspectives, and what helps us build lives, relationships, and communities where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
