“Trauma is not just an event that took place in the past; it is also the imprint of that event left on mind, brain, and body.”
— Bessel van der Kolk
I recharge through jiu-jitsu, quality time with my kids, and traveling to learn from new cultures and experiences. These moments outside the therapy room keep me grounded, inspired, and connected.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
If you’ve reached a point where life feels overwhelming, confusing, or simply heavier than you can carry alone, I want you to know this: you’re not alone, and therapy can help.
I’ve spent my career supporting people through some of life’s most difficult and defining moments—whether they’re navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, reentry after incarceration, family conflict, or deep emotional pain. Many clients come to me feeling lost or unsure of why they’re struggling. That’s actually a powerful place to begin. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin building a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and manageable.
I specialize in treating Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Addiction, and Reentry/Justice-Involved Stressors, and I also have extensive experience helping individuals who are working through parenting challenges, anger, depression, relationship struggles, spirituality, and life transitions.
My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and understood. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems approaches, Trauma-Informed care, and Mindfulness-based practices to help you process what you’ve been carrying, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and develop healthier, more aligned ways of coping.
As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I also provide advanced consultation and support to therapists who are developing their EMDR skills or working toward certification. In addition to consultation, I offer clinical supervision for emerging clinicians who want to grow in trauma-informed and client-centered practice.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, that’s okay. Reaching out is the first step—and you’ve already taken it. I’m here to help you reconnect with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of possibility.
