Hi, I’m Lauren.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may find yourself carrying the weight of anxiety, feeling stuck in the same patterns, navigating difficult relationships, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect you long after they’ve happened. Maybe you’re constantly putting others first, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported—a place where you can take a breath, be yourself, and explore what’s been weighing on you without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins with a trusting relationship, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways to move forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, and build on the resilience you already have.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and more confident in your ability to navigate whatever life brings your way.

Beyond Therapy

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through yoga and working out, getting lost in a good book, and expressing my creativity through painting and drawing. I also love taking my dog for walks and spending time with my family. These simple moments help me recharge and remind me of the importance of finding balance, joy, and connection in everyday life.
