Outside the therapy room, my world revolves around my wife and our two children. Family time is my favorite kind of chaos, and it keeps me grounded and grateful.
When I’m not with them, you’ll usually find me on the mats training or teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It’s a big part of my life and something that keeps me active, disciplined, and connected.
I’m also someone who refuels through music, reading, and learning. Whether it’s history, science fiction, or science, I love exploring ideas that expand how I understand the world.
Therapy, for me, is about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. I believe that when we feel grounded and encouraged, we become more open to growth, even when that growth feels uncomfortable.
It’s similar to what I’ve experienced through my years of practicing and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The blend of discipline, mindfulness, and movement has deeply influenced how I show up as a therapist. On the mat, as in therapy, progress doesn’t happen overnight—it’s built through patience, trust, and showing up with intention.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you clarify your personal values and moral compass so you can make choices aligned with who you truly are. When we’re clear on what matters most, life’s challenges often become more manageable.
I place a strong emphasis on self-esteem work. Feeling confident in who you are and what you stand for is a game-changer. It empowers you to move through relationships, transitions, and setbacks with greater resilience and clarity.
My goal isn’t to give you answers—but to help you uncover your own. Together, we’ll create a space that encourages reflection, honesty, and even a bit of humor. Growth doesn’t have to be heavy—it can be energizing, empowering, and even a little fun.
