A brief, 15-minute call where you can share what you’re looking for and ask questions — with no commitment.
We’ll recommend a therapist whose approach, style, and expertise align with your goals.
Start virtual or in-person sessions and move through the work gently, safely, and at a pace that honors your nervous system.
You may be here because something doesn’t feel right anymore, even if you can’t fully explain it yet.
If any of these speak to you, take a breath — you’re in the right place.
At Monarchs Therapy, we help adults, couples, and families move through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions with compassion, attunement, and evidence-based support grounded in whole-person healing.
You don’t have to carry everything alone. We’ll walk beside you, gently and at your pace.
Hi, I’m Judith (Judy) — founder of Monarchs Therapy. I started this practice because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. As someone who personally knows how life-changing therapy can be, I’m deeply passionate about helping people find clarity, strength, and hope, even in the most difficult seasons of life.
What began as a personal mission to support adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions has grown into a team of caring, dedicated therapists who share my commitment. No matter who you work with here, you’ll have someone by your side who will meet you where you are, honor your story, and walk alongside you toward the life you want to live.
We’d be honored to walk this path with you.
