“I’m not what happened to me, I am what I chose to become.” – Carl Jung
In my free time, I love taking strolls through my neighborhood, often with a podcast or favorite playlist as my companion. Traveling brings me so much joy—I’m endlessly curious about the world and love exploring new cultures, local history, and the landscapes that shape each place. I’m also a big fan of books, especially self-help reads, and I’ll admit to having a true-crime series addiction! Writing is another way I channel my creativity. But what I cherish most is time spent with my family, friends, and my two senior fur babies, Pinot and Geo.
Whether we’re using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift negative thinking patterns, EMDR to work through past traumas, or simply taking time to explore what balance and self-care look like for you, we’ll move at your pace.
I specialize in supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, imposter syndrome, and co-dependency—all areas I care deeply about. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a journey, and my role is to help you uncover the strengths, insight, and internal resources you already have so you can navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and peace.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy is about growth, not perfection, and I’ll be here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I firmly believe in the ‘butterfly effect’—the idea that even small acts of kindness can create ripples of lasting change. Giving back is more than just a core value for me; it’s a source of inspiration that fills my heart and soul every day. This belief drives my involvement with humanitarian organizations like the Rotary Club of Mental Health & Wellness, where I have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects both locally and globally. Through this work, I’m able to share my passion for connection, healing, and hope far beyond the virtual walls of the therapy room.
